The purpose of the role is the delivery of all aspects of the courses we provide in the UK from the arrival of the students with their Group Leaders to their safe departure at the end of our course. Key responsibilities will include:-
•Liaison with Lettings Managers at over 15 different centres
•Booking transportation, entrances, arranging excursions etc
•Reviewing staffing requirements for each centre
•Liaison with Sales Team for details of the groups travelling
•Delegating and managing a team of seasonal Operation Executives
•Reporting to the Operations Director
In addition, we will be recruiting seasonal Operations Executives to ensure the smooth delivery of our courses.

•Attending trade fairs, exhibitions and workshops representing Ardmore Language Schools to develop existing and new agent relationships.
•Ensure Agents have all the marketing materials and support required to promote our courses. Be the key point of contact for email and telephone communication to answer course specific questions within a 24 hour turnaround.
•Possible overseas sales visit to Agent’s offices to build and develop the relationship and conduct market research to help with new product development.
•To organise familiarisation trips for Agents to our centres in the UK, USA and Canada.
•Follow up all new leads and sales enquiries for your markets from point of contact through to passing over the booking to the admissions department.
•Some administration required to support bookings before passing over to the Admissions Department and Operations Department.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for its direct sales business. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the annual guest and revenue targets through selling directly to HF Holidays’ guests.
The successful candidate needs to be excited by achieving sales targets, be highly organised, self-motivated and an excellent team worker.
Skills should include:
•A selling background (or a strong belief that you can)
•Previous supervisory or management knowledge (or ability to demonstrate competence in this area)
•Selling through direct mail and web based promotions
•Decision making
•Great planning and organisational skills
•Time management
•Working in an inbound and outbound tour operating company
•Relationship building
•Email and web page creation
