Canterbury Cathedral are seeking a Conference and Events Coordinator to join their busy team to promote the accommodation and conference facilities of the Canterbury Cathedral Lodge.
This is a varied role that includes the preparation of quotes for clients and liaising with third party suppliers supporting the various services and facilities offered by the Lodge.
The post-holder will deal with clients to finalise details of their event, building strong relationships through regular contact by phone, email and in persona, and liaise closely with other relevant departments within the Lodge and Cathedral Precincts to ensure flawless events.
Candidates should have relevant experience in a similar role, exceptional organisational, communication and hosting skills, thrive under pressure and be fully computer literate with experience of event booking software.
