Groups Sales Executive, AC Group (German speaking desirable)

AC Group is seeking a Groups Sales Executive to join the team at AC Tours.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and providing quotations for all client requests
  • Providing suggestions for itinerary improvements if original request is not feasible
  • Assisting clients with building new itineraries and suggesting suppliers
  • Liaising closely with the sales team to develop new clients while maintaining close relationships with existing clients
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Handing over an accepted quotation to the operations team

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and self-motivated, be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to build and maintain internal and external relationships, have a high standard of written and verbal English with professional fluency in German highly desirable. Previous experience of the travel industry with working knowledge of the UK and Ireland is an advantage.
