Shakespeare’s Globe is seeking a Higher Education Manager (Maternity Cover) who will be responsible for the creation and management of all courses for Universities and all Conservatory Training projects. The role oversees the operation, logistics and programming of all courses and works closely with the Head of Higher Education & Research to develop the provision and accessibility of Higher Education training, and to expand and implement the strategy for Higher Education & Research at the Globe.
The successful candidate will have experience of high level budget management and experience of managing a team. They will have strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload to achieve deadlines. Being a strong 12 arts education in the Higher Education sector, is essential. This maternity cover role is offered on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months and ideally starting from end of October 2018.
