This exciting and broad ranging role at Experience Oxfordshire is ideal for an experienced sales manager aspiring to play a leading role in the visitor economy sector and driving growth in partnership across Experience Oxfordshire. We are looking for an extremely organised individual who can step up and join a small team with big plans. The role will suit someone who is innovative and creative with significant experience in relationship management and working to, achieving and exceeding income targets. We are also looking for an individual that will recognise opportunities which help grow the business and create and execute a lucrative partnership strategy for Experience Oxfordshire that achieves the targets for partnership acquisition, income and retention.
The post holder will manage Experience Oxfordshire’s partnership schemes, liaising with tourism and cultural businesses to ensure they gain the most from their partnership, are kept abreast of opportunities and value their
partnership; lead on new partner acquisition and communication with prospective and existing partners, ensuring targets are met. They will work with the marketing team to develop CRM systems that are fit for purpose and liaise with staff across the business to ensure the effective delivery of partnership services.
