AC Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their Sales team in London.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the sales team in special projects
- Assisting the sales team to create client accreditation templates
- Creating client profiles on Tourplan and Superoffice
- Running reports, tariffs and price comparison
- Assisting with itineraries and sales schedules
- Providing social media and digital marketing support (creating newsletters)
- Support on client events and fam trips
The ideal candidate must have professional fluency in English with previous experience of ‘learning on the job’, possess a self-starting attitude with a positive outlook and flexible approach, be extremely organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
