National Trust for Scotland is seeking a Travel Trade Administrator to provide general support to the Trust’s Travel Trade and Hospitality team.
The part-time role would include assisting with bookings, invoicing, archiving, maintaining databases, and providing support with travel trade communications.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, be highly organised with strong attention to detail. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a friendly, approachable team player.
The candidate must have excellent IT skills, and fluency in one other language would be desirable though not essential. The candidates should have a demonstrable practical knowledge of Scotland, and experience of its cultural, built and natural heritage.
