Wakehurst – Kew’s wild botanic garden in the Sussex High Weald – is seeking an energetic and experienced leader to join their Visitor Services team on a 10-month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
The Visitor Services Supervisor will be at the forefront of delivering an engaging and unique visitor experience, inspiring the team to exceed visitor’ expectations by ensuring consistent quality of customer service throughout.
They will lead an engaged and skilled visitor facing team, deliver great service to visitors, promote good communication across the site and a joined up service provision. They will also coach and develop a team of staff and volunteers to ensure excellent service is wove throughout all aspects of the visitor journey in keeping with Wakehurst’s ‘Spirit of Place’.
