Prioticket launches API Version 3.8

Prioticket, a connectivity platform for tours and activities, has launched the latest version of its API. The new release provides clients with greater flexibility, transparency and control, allowing tailored user experiences, streamlined order amendments, and access to clearer data.

New features include:

  • Product recommendations API Integration: Access product recommendations via the API to personalise offerings based on user behaviour. Highlight themed or top products such as “Winter Picks” or “Family Bundles” to boost engagement and sales at the right time.
  • Amendment fees and discounts: Modify orders across different availability seasons directly from the personal page, automatically adjusting payments for upgrades or downgrades. Agents can manage changes using custom discounts.
  • Translation Manager on Admin: Oversee and manage language translations directly from the Admin console via an comprehensive interface, centralising content management for multilingual support.
  • Voucher Policy Title Parameter: Add an optional, customisable field to a product or voucher policy section. When used, it appears on the POS and and in the Product Overview to provide additional context.
  • New endpoint for price and commission details in product availability API: Now provides prices and commission information alongside product availability, offering comprehensive data in a single API call for informed decisions.
  • Early bird / late bird: Set flexible booking windows for reservation products to allow bookings to be stopped before an event or limit how far in advance users can book, replacing the need for separate early bird or last minute products.
