Feel Good Films collaborates with West Midlands Growth Company

Feel Good Films has announced its creative collaboration with Sarah Rennie Consulting and fellow UKinbound member, the West Midlands Growth Company on the new Warm Welcome campaign. The initiative is focused on engaging frontline hospitality workers on accessibility for disabled customers and showcases the West Midlands as a welcoming, accessible and inclusive destination for everyone.

This campaign reflects a strong alignment in values between West Midlands Growth Company and Feel Good Films, who share a commitment to storytelling that makes a difference. Advised by Sarah Rennie Consulting, the organisations saw the opportunity not only to inform but also to inspire through the emotive power of film.

“At Feel Good Films, our mission has always been to tell stories that create positive change,” said Ranald Lloyd-Williams, Director & Founder of Feel Good Films.

“The Warm Welcome campaign allowed us to highlight the importance of accessibility and welcome for disabled people, while celebrating the frontline staff who are making a difference in their communities every day. Collaborating with West Midlands Growth Company and Sarah Rennie Consulting was a natural fit, and we’re proud of what we’ve created together.”

The Warm Welcome campaign films aim to spark conversations, support planning for inclusive visits, and contribute to a broader understanding of accessibility in cities, serving not only as an information resource and a call to action for deeper learning but also as a reminder of the warmth, diversity, and humanity that make the West Midlands a dynamic destination.

The films are now live on the Visit Birmingham website and are part of a wider goal to ensure every visitor feels seen, supported, and welcomed in the region’s venues and destinations. Click here for more information and to see the films.
