Expressions of interest are now open for UK and Irish suppliers to meet more than 40 hand-picked Chinese buyers on the 2026 Guanxi China Roadshow in Beijing and Guangzhou.
The Guanxi China Roadshow visits two cities in China and offers three full days of business meetings with Chinese product managers specialising in developing itineraries to the UK and Ireland. The Guanxi Roadshow runs on alternate years to VisitBritain DB China, giving delegates an opportunity to visit the market every year.
Places are limited to 15 delegate companies to allow for tailor-made meeting schedules, and the roadshow includes a day visiting the offices of two major Chinese tour operators selling thousands of trips to the UK and Ireland. This is a great chance for those who are new to the market to accelerate their industry understanding, and for those who have more experience of China to get under the skin of the challenges, opportunities, and current trends being considered by the product managers who are making decisions about which destinations, attractions, hotels and transport options they will feature in itineraries for Summer 2027 and beyond.
The Roadshow also includes two days of B2B workshops, a cultural experience in Beijing and optional extras such as media interviews and a trip to the Great Wall of China. The price includes five nights’ accommodation in four and five star hotels, translators, most airport transfers, and all meals during business sessions. Prices exclude flights.
