Unveiling the brand-new meetings and event spaces to fellow UKinbound members and buyers, positioning the hotel as a leading choice within London’s MICE landscape. Located in the heart of Covent Garden, the hotel has invested £2 million in expanding its MICE offering, introducing 12 new meeting and event spaces to complement four existing rooms, bringing the total to 16 versatile venues.
Buyers have the opportunity to discuss the refurbishment in more detail and experience the Mamma Mia! Afternoon Tea ahead of the networking evening, hosted within the hotel’s meetings and event space – The Gallery.
Mamma Mia! Afternoon Tea with a fun, theatrical twist. Showstopping sweet treats include Donna’s Dynamo Ball, a shimmering coconut macaroon filled with citrus curd that channels the sparkle of the West End show, and Sophie’s Dream Lemon Drizzle Gateau topped with a candy floss cloud, served alongside Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! Dark chocolate midnight cake with hazelnut praline.

Please note this event is open to BUYER MEMBERS ONLY. Places are very limited, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are restricted to ONE representative per buyer member company.
Bookings will close on Monday 13 April 2026.
Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Monday 13 April 2026 by 17:00. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £25+VAT charge will be applied to cover costs incurred. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitute attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
