English Heritage has recently moved to a new booking system, Ventrata, which offers customers online portal access. It offers benefits such asself-serve functionality, the ability to make, amend, and cancel your bookings, and one-basket checkout. The travel trade can also book multiple sites and add-ons in one transaction and prepay for all their sites.
Their 26/27 season is also now available to book, for visits between 28 March 2026 to 16 March 2027. Seven sites have migrated to Ventrata for the rest of the current season, including Stonehenge, Tintagel, Dover Castle, Osborne, Battle Abbey, Audley End and Wrest Park. For those with a booking between now and 27 March 2026, the portal will allow to see bookings and amend as needed to up to the day before visit. The EH booking reference remains the same. Additional users may be added to the account, should this be required.
