We are pleased to invite buyer members to a Fam Trip kindly hosted by Crieff Hydro Hotel and Peebles Hydro Hotel, a part of Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels from Wednesday 3 June to Friday 5 June 2026.
Experience two of Scotland’s most iconic family-owned hotels, Crieff Hydro and Peebles Hydro, for an exclusive “Hydro Expo” experience.
Set in stunning countryside locations, both properties combine rich heritage with a warm, authentic welcome that only a family business can offer. This immersive visit will showcase the unique character of each hotel room, from Crieff Hydro’s vibrant, activity-led resort atmosphere to Peebles Hydro’s charming, relaxed setting in the Scottish Borders. Guests will gain first-hand insight into the refurbished accommodation, group-friendly offering, and memorable experiences, all designed with the travel trade in mind.

Programme:
Day 1 (3 June)
You will be picked up in Edinburgh and travel to Crieff Hydro. Upon arrival, there will be an activity followed by a show round of the property before check-in. Later in the day, enjoy pre-dinner drinks.
Day 2 (4 June)
After breakfast, you will have some free time, with the option to make use of the spa facilities. Following check-out, the group will depart towards Stirling Castle, where a Secret Stirling tour will take place. Lunch will be served at the castle before departing towards The Kelpies. After a quick visit and photo, the journey will continue to Peebles, where the group will arrive at the hotel for check-in. The afternoon will include a Gin School experience, followed by a networking evening.
Day 3 (5 June)
After breakfast, there will be a show round of the property, followed by some free time before departure.

Please note this event is open to BUYER MEMBERS ONLY. Places are very limited, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Places are restricted to ONE representative per buyer member company.
Bookings will close on Wednesday 20 May.
Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Wednesday 20 May 2026 by 17:00. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £25+VAT charge will be applied to cover costs incurred. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitute attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
