UK Youth, a charity aiming to help all young people be equipped to thrive, are recruiting employers to take part in Summer Jobs 2026.
UK Youth is recruiting host employers for the Summer Jobs Programme: a six-week programme (one preparation week, plus five weeks in the workplace) for young people aged 16 – 20 who are at risk of violence and experiencing barriers to employment.
UK Youth will handle the recruitment and employment of young people (wages paid weekly, in line with the National Living Wage). They will also host organisations, provide a placement (25 hours/week) and day-to-day supervision. There will also be a dedicated youth worker support throughout, plus training to help supervisors set young people up for success.
An employer pack with further information can be found here. The deadline to apply for the Summer Jobs Programme is 16 May 2026. If you would like to find out more, please book a call or contact summerjobs@ukyouth.org.
