Museum of Illusions has opened its doors in London, bringing a globally recognised brand to one of the UK’s most popular inbound tourism destinations.
With nearly 70 locations across 28 countries and over 25 million visitors worldwide, Museum of Illusions is already a familiar name to many international travellers. For tour operators, destination management companies and inbound travel professionals, the London opening represents a proven, bookable experience that requires little introduction to global audiences.
The attraction is designed to appeal across all visitor demographics, including families, couples, groups and solo travellers alike, making it a highly flexible addition to London itineraries. Dwell time is typically 60–90 minutes, and the experience is fully self-guided, making it easy to schedule around wider touring programmes.
The London venue features installations seen at locations worldwide, including the vortex tunnel and a gravity-defying building illusion, alongside a suite of new exhibits created exclusively for London, inspired by the capital’s rich history and iconic landmarks. A London-themed gift shop is included in the experience. New exhibits include a Building Illusions room, a Reversed Room and a brand-new Ghost Room exhibit.
The London launch follows the successful debut of Museum of Illusions’ first UK site in Manchester, which opened two years ago. The Manchester venue has established a strong operational blueprint and demonstrated the appeal of the format to UK and international audiences alike, giving trade partners confidence in the product.
Kim Schaefer, CEO, Museum of Illusions, said, “London is one of the world’s most dynamic cultural and tourism destinations, making it the perfect home for our next opening. This marks an important milestone in our global expansion, and we look forward to welcoming visitors to explore, engage and see the world from a new perspective.”
Tickets are available online. Trade and group operators interested in FAM trips or to discuss commercial partnership including trade rate opportunities are encouraged to get in touch directly with Nikkita Birk – Regional Sales Manager, UK.
