We are pleased to invite members to our Annual General Meeting and Networking Drinks on Tuesday 22 February kindly hosted by The National Gallery.
The National Gallery tells the story of European art, masterpiece by masterpiece. From its home in London’s Trafalgar Square, the Gallery collects and cares for some of the world’s greatest paintings – and shares them with everyone to see. Founded in 1824, the collection has more than 2,600 paintings. Its story begins in medieval Europe and spans 700 years of art, with paintings from Renaissance Italy by French impressionists.
PROGRAMME
Hear from the Chairman, CEO and your Board representatives on the Association’s latest activities and plans for future recovery. We are pleased to be joined by Julia Simpson, CEO, World Travel and Tourism Council who will be our guest speaker. You will also have the opportunity to raise any issues or concerns as part of the meeting. Afterwards, you can stay on for a networking drinks reception in one of the beautiful rooms of the National Gallery.

Gallery Highlights Tour
The National Gallery is kindly offering members the opportunity to visit the gallery beforehand, these will be a “taster” ahead of their launch in April. The tour will start at 15:00 and will last an hour, accompanied by a Blue Badge Guide, headsets will also be provided by VOX.
Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The tours will be guided, therefore, we will ask you to please register only if you plan on attending.
Please note that bookings for the tours will close on Tuesday 8 February and any cancellations must be notified to the Events Team by Wednesday 9 February at the latest.
Live Stream
If you are unable to attend in person, the General Meeting will be live-streamed and recorded. Please register via the booking form and the Events Team will send you the Zoom meeting link prior to the General Meeting.
How to book: An invitation has been sent to all UKinbound members, please contact the Events Team, [email protected], if you haven’t received the invitation and would like to register your place.
All member companies are entitled to representation at the Annual General Meeting. Please note, this event is open to UKinbound members only and is free to attend.
Places are limited to TWO representatives per member company for the General Meeting and Networking Evening at the National Gallery. There are no limits on the number of people per member company who wish to join the General Meeting live stream.
