UKinbound is delighted to invite you to Discover Aberdeenshire, the next event in our series of Discover Workshops, taking place from Sunday 7 to Tuesday 9 of October in association with VisitAberdeenshire.
Situated in the north east of Scotland, Aberdeen and the surrounding area of Aberdeenshire provide visitors with a truly authentic Scottish experience. Whether they are visiting one of our 263 castles, touring the late-medieval cobbled streets of Old Aberdeen, visiting a working Highland cattle farm, or zipping about one of our beautiful gardens on a Segway, they can mix and match the quirky with the traditional to make for an unforgettable trip.
VisitAberdeenshire offers a range of complimentary services for the travel trade so we can share our local knowledge of the destination to help you plan authentic, memorable and unique experiences for your clients.
During the event, UKinbound will run a half-day workshop offering pre-scheduled B2B meetings providing the opportunity to develop business relationships with local suppliers. There will also be an opportunity to participate in fam trips showcasing Aberdeen and the surrounding area of Aberdeenshire.
The proposed itinerary is as follows*:
Sunday 7 October
13:30 Flight arrival into Aberdeen Airport
14:00 Fam trip content including hotel show round and distillery visit.
18:00 Check in at Ardoe House Hotel
19:30 Informal group dinner
Monday 8 October

- Peterhead Prison Museum
- Fyvie Castle
- DogTap Tour (BrewDog)
FAM TRIP B:
- Tour of Old Aberdeen
- Dunnottar Castle

09:00 – Welcome presentations
09:45 – 1:1 meetings
12:45 – Lunch
Afternoon
Transfer to Aberdeen Airport for flight back to London.

Tour Operator delegates are invited to attend Discover Aberdeenshire FREE OF CHARGE, (please note: A £50 refundable deposit will be taken to secure your attendance.) attendees will be provided with two night’s accommodation free of charge together with complimentary return flights to and from London.
