We are pleased to invite our buyer members to a DMO update led by VisitAberdeenshire.
The Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire region is famous for its dramatic coastline, 263 castles, majestic landscapes, fascinating history and authentic experiences. Colour splashes its way through the city thanks to the renowned Nuart Aberdeen street art festival, whilst acclaimed pieces of local, national and international artists can be discovered in the revamped Aberdeen Art Gallery.
Explore the stunning Aberdeenshire coastline by the sea-safari and paddleboard where you can spot dolphins, puffins and seals. You can also stay on dry land and bag a Munro or enjoy a tranquil walk around the enchanting castle grounds. The food and drink scene in north-east Scotland is booming with Michelin Guide restaurants and a host of immersive and authentic food and drink experiences including ancient whisky distilleries, farm to fork experiences, food tours, contemporary gin distilleries as well as the opportunity to discover the craft beer revolution at BrewDog.
Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire benefits from excellent accommodation stock, with many options from modern city centre hotels to country houses and exclusive use castles.
Members will have the chance to hear from some local suppliers and ask questions during a Q&A session.
