We are pleased to invite buyer members to a Fam Trip kindly hosted by Scotland’s Forth Valley from Wednesday 23 to Thursday 24 September 2026.
The Forth Valley region comprises Clackmannanshire, Falkirk, and Stirling and the Trossachs, home to world-famous landmarks, hidden gems, outdoor adventures, and a rich cultural heritage – offering something for every visitor.
Centrally located between major Scottish cities Edinburgh and Glasgow, the Forth Valley area is situated in the heart of Scotland with direct motorway and rail links as well as two international airports nearby. From heritage tours to gin-making classes, luxury dining to Loch Lomond cruises, Scotland’s Fourth Valley offer a diverse selection of bookable experiences tailored for groups and FIT customers.

23 September
Buyers arrive in Falkirk in the late morning before enjoying a boat tour of the Falkirk Wheel, followed by lunch on site. In the afternoon, the group will visit The Helix and The Kelpies. Later in the day, buyers will enjoy a visit to Rosebank Distillery, where they will take part in a guided tour of the distillery and an exclusive whisky tasting, featuring the chance to sample the World’s Best Whisky. The evening will conclude with dinner at the Albert Halls Supper Club with overnight accommodation at Apex Dunblane.
24 September
Following breakfast, buyers will visit Doune Castle before continuing to the National Wallace Monument for a guided visit. Lunch will be served at Stirling Castle, providing time to explore one of Scotland’s most iconic historic attractions. In the afternoon, the group will travel to Loch Lomond for a scenic Balmaha Circular cruise on the loch. The day will end in Glasgow with Members Networking Evening.

Please note this event is open to BUYER MEMBERS ONLY. Places are very limited, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Places are restricted to ONE representative per buyer member company.
Bookings will close on Monday 7 September 2026.
Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Monday 7 September 2026 by 17:00. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £25+VAT charge will be applied to cover costs incurred. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitute attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
