We are delighted to invite our tour operator members the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead for a overnight fam trip taking place from Sunday 15 to Monday 16 of September.
You can’t say the word Windsor without conjuring up images of the world’s oldest and largest inhabited castle, royalty, horse racing, the changing of the guard, the River Thames and Eton College. Windsor thrives on its royal patronage, rich cultural heritage, stunning architecture and beautiful natural scenery.
Few places deliver regal retreat quite like The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Less than 45 minutes travel time from central London and 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport, it offers five-star experiences a world away from the clamour of the city.
Tour operator delegates will be provided with one night’s accommodation free of charge at either Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, The Oakley Court, Windsor or Sir Christopher Wren Hotel and Spa. Complimentary return travel to and from London Waterloo to Windsor and Eton Central is provided courtesy of Great Western Railway.

**This trip is for TOUR OPERATOR members only. There are a very limited number of places for this event, and therefore will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that places are restricted to ONE representative per member company. If more than one person registers from the same company, the additional booking will be added to a waiting list. If this is the case with your booking, we will let you know that you have been added to the waiting list and that we cannot confirm your place unless we receive some cancellations prior to the event.
Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday 30 August. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £50+VAT charge will be applied. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitution attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
