We are delighted to invite tour operator members to our next Destination Update and Virtual Fam Trip hosted by Shakespeare’s England, Warwickshire.

Treat yourself to an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with a home spa evening live-streamed from Billesley Manor Hotel and Spa to the comfort of your own home! Your Shakespearean knowledge will also be put to the test with Medieval themed narration and a short quiz co-ordinated by Coombe Abbey.
As with our in-person fam trips, this event is free for tour operator members. Sample packs containing products for the home spa treatments will be posted to each delegate ahead of the event; to ensure sufficient time for this bookings must close at 17:00 on Thursday 1 October.
You will also hear from Shakespeare’s England on their plans for recovery and will have the opportunity to ask any questions directly to the team. After the event, attendees will be sent a destination update handout and 2020/21 rate card containing contact details of travel trade ready suppliers in the area.

There are a very limited number of places for this event, and therefore will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, bookings for this event must close at 17:00 on Thursday 1 October.
Please note that this event is for TOUR OPERATOR MEMBERS ONLY and restricted to ONE representative per member company. If more than one person registers from the same company, the additional booking will be added to a waiting list. If this is the case with your booking, we will let you know that you have been added to the waiting list and that we cannot confirm your place unless we receive some cancellations prior to the event.
Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Tuesday 6 October 2020. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £25+VAT charge will be applied to cover costs incurred. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitution attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
