We are pleased to invite members to our Spring General Meeting and Networking Drinks, taking place on Monday 16 May 2022 at the National Waterways Museum, kindly hosted by Visit Gloucester.
Gloucester is a spectacular and attractive surprise. A Cathedral city located on the River Severn and fantastically situated between the beautiful areas of the Cotswolds and Forest of Dean. It is the most inland port in the country with a proud industrial past, evidenced by its Victorian architectural backdrop, whilst being rich with history from Roman times that you can see at every turn. It benefits from great connectivity by road, rail and water with the major cities of Bristol and Birmingham and the regency town of Cheltenham within easy reach.

Buyer Fam Trip
Visit Gloucester is kindly offering buyer members the opportunity to join for a fam trip before the meeting. If you would like to attend, please register your place in the booking form below.
Please note that the fam trip is for BUYER MEMBERS ONLY and restricted to TWO representatives per member company. There are only 25 places available for this fam trip which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The tours will be guided, therefore, we will ask you to please register only if you plan on attending.
Bookings will close on Tuesday 10 May and cancellations must be received in writing by 5pm on or before Wednesday 11 May at the latest. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £50+VAT charge will be applied. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitution attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
Discounted Train Tickets
GWR is kindly offering their Conference fare from London Paddington to Gloucester to attendees at the price of £36.00 (Standard) / £70.00 (First) return. Please note that the outbound journey needs to be for a specific train, the return journey is open return offering flexibility to attendees to travel on the GWR service they want.

Live Stream
If you are unable to attend in person, the General Meeting will be live-streamed and recorded. Please register via the booking form and the Events Team will send you the Zoom meeting link prior to the General Meeting.

All member companies are entitled to representation at the Spring General Meeting. Please note, this event is open to UKinbound members only and is free to attend.
Places are limited to THREE representatives per member company for the General Meeting and Networking Evening. There are no limits on the number of people per member company who wish to join the General Meeting live stream.
