We are pleased to invite members to our Annual General Meeting and Networking Evening, taking place on Monday 15 May 2023 kindly hosted by the Historic Dockyard Chatham

Say your wedding vows under sails that have witnessed timeless stories of love and loyalty across the world’s oceans? Or celebrate special occasions in rooms where illustrious heroes have rejoiced in their greatest victories?
Set among 400 years of maritime history, Kent’s Historic Dockyard Chatham provides an iconic backdrop with a variety of unique venue hire spaces for all events.
Complete with spectacular, breath-taking architecture, the historic venues are well equipped with modern facilities. The flexible spaces can be transformed for all occasions, ranging from large gala dinners and awards ceremonies, to intimate private dining or bespoke product launches.
By hosting an event at the Dockyard, you are also helping towards the preservation of the 80-acre historic estate for the benefit of our visitors now and in the future.

How to book: Once bookings open, an invitation will be sent out to all UKinbound buyer members with a unique booking link.
All member companies are entitled to representation at the Spring General Meeting. Please note, this event is open to UKinbound members only and is free to attend.
Places are limited to TWO representatives per member company for the General Meeting and Networking Evening at The Historic Dockyard Chatham. There are no limits on the number of people per member company who wish to join the General Meeting live stream.
