EXHIBITING WITH UKINBOUND
UKinbound provides an all-in-one service for businesses who wish to have a strong presence at WTM London without having to book or build their own stand. Our stand sharers can benefit from:

- Ease of organisation – simply provide your artwork, and we will do the rest

Each exhibitor package includes:

We are pleased to offer a range of pod and booth options designed to maximise your exhibition experience:
Premium Pod: £8,600 + VAT
Our red Premium Pods are the ultimate choice for maximum visibility. Strategically located at the front of the stand where footfall is greatest, each Premium Pod is equipped with an HD TV screen, offering dynamic display capabilities to capture the attention of visitors as they navigate the main aisle.
Standard Pod: £7,900 + VAT
Our blue, aisle-facing standard pods are designed to make your brand stand out with a striking 1m x 1m back-lit display graphic panel. Located along the busy aisles, these pods benefit from steady footfall, offering the perfect opportunity to maximise visibility and impact.
Pod share: Add-on price of £390 + VAT
Each pod can be shared by a maximum of two companies. The second company will receive its own digital registration, access to the WTM portal, and three additional staff badges. Please note that we recommend no more than two staff members on each pod at any time.
*NEW* H Booths: £3,500 + VAT
We are pleased to introduce our new H Booths, which are located in the meeting area. Each booth features a branded rectangular graphic panel (1200cm x 450cm), a sleek meeting table, and comfortable seating for up to three people. There are eight booths available, offering an intimate and professional setting for your business needs. Please note that booth bookings are limited to one per company and cannot be booked in conjunction with a pod.
