VisitAberdeenshire Destination Update and Virtual Fam Trip


We are delighted to invite tour operator members to our upcoming Destination Update and Virtual Fam Trip hosted by VisitAberdeenshire

Experience a ‘Taste of Aberdeenshire’, with a Gin Tasting Masterclass from the City of Aberdeen Distillery. Delegates will hear about the range of bookable products at the distillery, and enjoy a tutored tasting of three distinctly different gins from their range.

As with our in-person fam trips, this event is free for tour operator members. Sample packs containing the tasting samples will be posted to each delegate ahead of the event; to ensure sufficient time for this, booking must close 12:00 on Wednesday 9 December.

VisitAberdeeshire will also provide an update on the destination as well as new bookable products for 2021/22. There will be an opportunity to ask any questions directly to the team. After the event, attendees will be sent a destination update handout and 2020/21 rate card containing contact details of travel trade ready suppliers in the local areas.

There are a very limited number of places for this event, and therefore will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, bookings for this event must close at 12:00 on Wednesday 9 December.

Please note that this event is for TOUR OPERATOR MEMBERS ONLY and restricted to TWO representatives per member company providing they working in separate departments (e.g. FIT and Groups). If more than two people register from the same company, the additional booking will be added to a waiting list. If this is the case with your booking, we will let you know that you have been added to the waiting list and that we cannot confirm your place unless we receive some cancellations prior to the event.

Any cancellations must be received in writing on or before Monday 7 December 2020. In the case of non-attendance on the day or cancellation after the above date, a £25+VAT charge will be applied to cover costs incurred. No refunds are available after the above date but a substitution attendee from your organisation would be accepted.
