The two-year programme, led by experienced business leader Laura Gordan, focuses on developing 12 core leadership competencies, including accountability, communication, team management, and business strategy. Participants will engage in bi-monthly face-to-face coaching sessions, attend regular guest speaker events, and receive ongoing mentoring from leaders across various sectors to enhance their skill sets.
