Accord named Agency of the Year

Accord Marketing has been crowned Agency of the Year at the 2025 Travel Marketing Awards, in recognition of a year of bold ideas, strategic growth, and outstanding results.

Accord had a record-breaking year for new business, welcoming a series of travel brands to its portfolio, including Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, Sandals, Jules Verne, Wild Frontiers and Travel Republic.

A newly strengthened leadership team saw Maria Payne appointed Managing Director, alongside Dan Ward as Digital Director and Matt Price as Head of Client Services.

The agency launched three flagship publications: No Such Normal 2024, which explored shifts in the media landscape; Don’t Call Me Old! which challenged outdated stereotypes around the over-50s, and Holiday Horizons which examined how modern travellers research a book their holidays.

To further engage and inform clients, Accord also introduced a suite of new content formats, including the ACCORDing to Us newsletter, Accord Bites, and What’s Up With – bitesize, insight-driven updates designed for the modern marketer.

Accord’s profile was also boosted through speaking engagements, including the Silver Marketing Association Summit, Cruise Trade News Cruise Summit, and a co-hosted travel insight event with Channel 4.

The agency also maintained its position as a top-tier digital partner, retaining Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Select Partner, and Meta Business Partner status.
