Over six evenings across 2026, ZSL’s world-leading scientists and conservationists will be joined by guest speakers to explore the biggest questions in conservation today and spotlight the success stories shaping a brighter future for nature.
Hosted by some of nature’s greatest champions, including scientist and broadcaster Dr Adam Rutherford, best-selling author and award-winning documentary maker Lucy Cooke, and This is Going to Hurt author and comedian Adam Kay, the series of talks and panel discussions will delve into conservation’s past, present and future – from the interconnectedness of protecting wildlife and human health, to the cutting-edge tech innovations transforming the future of conservation.
The talks are free to attend, with guests able to join in person at ZSL’s headquarters in Regent’s Park, London, or online on select Tuesday evenings throughout the conservation charity’s anniversary year.
Nature lovers can reserve their space today for the event, ‘Trailblazers & Pioneers ‘Breaking Barriers: Women in Wildlife’, taking place on 10 March. This session will reveal how scientific breakthroughs have advanced conservation over the last two centuries, and celebrate the pioneering women who shaped ZSL’s history and are driving forward global nature recovery today.
ZSL believes nature can recover, and that conservation is most effective when driven by science. The organisation calls for science to guide all global decisions on the environment and biodiversity, and to build a healthier future for wildlife, people, and the planet.
