Every Tripadvisor review is read and responded to, and the comments we receive play an important part in helping us develop and improve the attraction. To have more than 11,700 guests rate us five stars, while also being recognised by Tripadvisor, Which? and ASVA, is a tremendous achievement for our entire team. Our colleagues work hard every day to create a welcoming, fun and memorable experience for visitors of all ages, and these accolades are wonderful recognition of their enthusiasm and dedication.”
