Following a year of collaboration with Digipanda to become China-ready, Castle Howard has taken a number of steps to enhance the welcome for Chinese visitors, including developing a Chinese language website, and integrating Chinese mobile payment systems WeChat Pay and Alipay at their outlets.
Moving onto the second phase, Digipanda will work with Castle Howard to integrate Chinese payment systems into its Chinese language website to enhance the user experience for Chinese visitors and create a more bespoke offering. Sales data generated from the Chinese website will be fed into the English website on a real-time basis.
