Disney’s Frozen & Lion King extended for groups until March 2024

Disney’s Frozen the Musical and The Lion King has been extended for group bookings until March 2024, due to public demand.

Based on the hit 2013 Disney movie, Frozen the Musical features a book by the film’s screenwriter Jennifer Lee and new songs from Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez alongside those from the original animation. Having first opened in August 2021 at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, the show has announced it has extended booking due to public demand. The award-winning musical brings to life a world of sumptuous beauty, humour and iconic music, brought to the stage with special effects by an award-winning creative team, Frozen is the awe-inspiring musical sensation to for all ages.

The new extension follows the show’s box office record at Theatre Royal Drury Lane throughout November and December 2022.

Also in London is Disney’s award-winning musical, The Lion King, currently in its 24th year at London’s Lyceum Theatre, has been extended for groups in 2024. Reimagined by acclaimed director Julie Taymor, The Lion King explodes with colours, effects and enchanting music. At its heart is the powerful story of Simba – the adventure of his journey from wide-eyed cub to his destined role as King of the Pridelands.

Group rates for both shows start from 9+ tickets and are on-sale directly through Disney Tickets, who offer group rates, payment deadlines as well as official Disney Education pre-show workshops.
