EG Chauffeurs has announced a line-up of summer events. The company has been running fleets of up to 40 vehicles per event this season, coordinating multi-vehicle transport programmed for corporate hospitality groups, event organisers, and their DMC partners across the capital’s key summer fixtures.
The scale of the operation marks a shift from single-vehicle bookings to full-scale event logistics management, an area EG Chauffeurs has built out specifically to support corporate event organisers who need a single point of contact to manage dozens of vehicles, staggered pickups across multiple London locations, and a coordinated return schedule once an event ends.
EG Chauffeurs provided chauffeur services throughout Royal Ascot, from 16 to 20 June, delivering luxury transport for VIP guests, corporate clients and hospitality groups with its fleet of Mercedes S-Class saloons for executives and Mercedes V-Class for groups, with Bentley and Range Rover available for guests who wanted a more luxurious option.
The Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, held 2 to 5 July, presented a different logistical challenge: a rural circuit roughly two hours from Central London, with road and car park access tightening sharply across race weekend. EG Chauffeurs deployed a mixed fleet including the BMW i7, its fully electric flagship saloon, alongside S-Class and V-Class vehicles and Mini coaches for larger hospitality groups. Bentley and Range Rover were also on hand for clients after something with more presence and luxury. The team managed timed departures so that clients reached paddock and grandstand suites ahead of the race and were collected promptly.
The Wimbledon Championships, running 29 June to 12 July, has kept EG Chauffeurs fleet busy through the closing days of the tournament, with its luxury vehicles moving hospitality guests to and from Wimbledon for the finals with Bentley and Range Rover, stepping in for those who prefer to arrive with a little extra flair.
The Farnborough International Airshow, which ran from 20 to 24 July at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre in Hampshire. Billed as the largest edition in the show’s history, with a new sixth exhibition hall and record exhibitor demand, Farnborough draws aerospace, aviation and defence delegations from across the world, many arriving at Farnborough Airport itself or connecting through Heathrow.
Across all four fixtures, the proposition for DMCs is consistent: one operator, one point of contact, and more than 60 vehicles drawn on as needed to match group size without the client having to coordinate multiple suppliers. Pricing is fixed and all-inclusive, with no surge charges regardless of event-day demand.
