Emirates Stadium Tour will introduce a number of new content features for its mobile tour handsets in 2019, to place the visitor even more at the centre of the Arsenal Football Club experience.
New audio experience. A brand new audio experience will take visitors on a behind-the-scenes tour as a host of Arsenal stars past and present share their matchday experiences. Visitors can choose from legendary 70s striker Charlie George, double-winning defender Lee Dixon or pitch-side presenter Nigel Mitchell and hear stories about how the Emirates was built and why areas such as the changing rooms and pitch make the stadium one of the most state-of-the-art stages for world football.
360° matchday footage. Visitors can find themselves in the stands on matchday as Arsenal head in search of another goal against a Premier League opposition team. Relive the action from the stands as fellow spectators find themselves on the edge of their seats before the ball hits the back of the net.
Mascot footage. Visitors can lead out the team as the matchday mascot, walking down the tunnel and feeling, shaking hands with the away team line-up and having a pre-match kickabout with the club’s legendary mascot Gunnersaurus.
British Sign Language. Arsenal Football Club will become the first London football club to offer British Sign Language on the tour route, meaning BSL visitors can walk up and take a self-guided tour rather than having to book ahead and arrange for a BSL interpreter to be available The introduction of BSL self-guided tours also underlines the commitment of the club to continue to improve and develop its facilities and services for disables supporters and visitors.
