Over the last year, glh Hotels have set out to create a brand that is stripped back to the basics and recognised offering exceptional hospitality and service delivered with a human touch.
Centrally located and just moments away from some of London’s most famous landmarks and attractions, The Clermont is the ideal basecamp to explore this exciting and vibrant city. The glh team will be on hand to help guests navigate the city and discover the sights and sounds that make London such an enticing destination.
With Classic, Deluxe, and Superior rooms, along with Studio Suites, Clermont rooms will offer complimentary drinks and snacks, Nespresso© coffee machines, salon quality hair dryers, Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, 24-hour room service with no tray charges, Gilchrist & Soames premium toiletries, and an in-room wellness programme. The Clermont Restaurant & Bar will focus on fresh, modern, and seasonal British cuisine in a relaxed and informal setting.
glh’s The Amba Hotels have always been dedicated to making every guest feel truly considered and providing best in class service. This attention to detail will be carried over to The Clermont, where the team will continue to aim to exceed the expectations of its guests. The Clermont will be a refreshing return to what every hotel stay should be; exceptional service and comfort, delivered with a warm and distinctly human touch.
Amba Grosvenor, along with Amba Charing Cross were selected as the best properties to rebrand and launch the new brand proposition with, location, style and size. The Clermont London, Charing Cross will open in May with The Clermont London, Victoria following shortly after. Amba Hotel Marble Arch retains its name and joins the Guoman umbrella.
