Guinness Open Gate Brewery launches after hours experience

Guinness Open Gate Brewery London has announced a new and exclusive offering for travel trade. The VIP Guinness Experience, After Hours, is a private, small‑group experience designed for guests seeking an elevated and intimate encounter with the world of Guinness.

Guinness Open Gate Brewery opened in December 2025 and features a working microbrewery offering guided tours, alongside a range of distinctive food and drink spaces. These include The Guinness Vaults, a versatile event space accommodating up to 300 guests; Old Brewer’s Yard, an outdoor bar where visitors can enjoy craft beers brewed on-site; The Porter’s Table, serving seasonal dishes celebrating British produce; Gilroy’s Loft, a 5th-floor seafood restaurant; and a traditional pie truck located within Old Brewers Yard.

The VIP Guinness Experience, After Hours, is available on a request-only basis every day. This premium experience grants exclusive after‑hours access to the Guinness Masterclass Room, a unique space full of rare artefacts and stories curated from the Guinness archives in Ireland.

Tailored to groups of two to 10 guests, the 90-minute experience invites visitors to immerse themselves fully in Guinness heritage. Hosted by a Guinness Brand Ambassador, groups will enjoy behind‑the‑scenes storytelling, taste limited-edition brews and specially crafted cocktails such as Black Velvet and Jamaican Guinness Punch, and learn to pour the perfect pint in a private setting.

The experience also includes a speciality Irish charcuterie board and an exclusive take-home gift, a crystal Waterford Guinness glass, created solely for this VIP experience and available nowhere else. While this is not a microbrewery access tour, guests are offered exceptionally rare insight into the brand’s history through a curated selection of items normally held within the Guinness Vaults.

Positioned as one of the most premium ways to enjoy Guinness at the Open Gate Brewery, this new tour showcases the craftsmanship, heritage and hospitality that continue to define Guinness.
