Mountain Goat has been crowned Experience of the Year at the Cumbria Tourism Awards 2026, held on 8 July 2026 at the Castle Green Hotel.
The award recognises Mountain Goat’s continued commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences that showcase the very best of the Lake District. Following this outstanding achievement, Mountain Goat will now go on to represent Cumbria at the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2026–2027, competing against the very best tourism businesses from across England.
This latest accolade marks another milestone for the company, whose award-winning tours continue to set the benchmark for exceptional visitor experiences. To thank customers for their continued support and to celebrate this incredible achievement, Mountain Goat is launching a series of summer offers.
