INTX Celebrates continued Growth

Group and event transport provider, INTX, is celebrating another year of strong growth, following a 13% year-on-year increase in 2024.

After a record-breaking 2023, INTX has continued to expand its footprint across the inbound tourism and events sectors, completing over 3,600 hires across 39 cities throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Throughout 2024, INTX deepened its strategic partnerships to enhance its role as a trusted transport provider to the inbound and business events industries. The company strengthened relationships with organisations such as Experience Oxfordshire and Visit Belfast, and built further ties within the meetings and events sector through its memberships with the Meetings Industry Association (mia) and the European Tourism Association (ETOA). INTX also expanded its reach in the sports and leisure market by joining the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO).

In addition to its commercial success, INTX secured second place in the Supplier of the Year category at the miaList Awards and was named a finalist in the Best Live Event Supplier category. INTX maintained its commitment to sustainability achieving a Silver Award with Green Tourism.

Andrew Globe, Managing Director at INTX said, “Our growth reflects the fantastic support of our clients, partners, and team. The past year has shown that tailored, reliable, and sustainable transport solutions are essential for the success of inbound tourism and major events across the UK and Ireland.”

Following the celebration of its 25th anniversary, INTX is setting ambitious targets for future growth. Plans for 2025 and beyond include expanding services across sport, events, and inbound tourism markets, and investing in new technologies and team development.
