UKinbound has collaborated with Best Workplaces in Travel to promote this unique and insightful employee engagement survey.
Best Workplace in Travel introduced this people initiative two years ago with a view to help drive employee engagement, share insights and showcase the travel industry as an aspirational workplace.
Best Workplaces in Travel remains the only employee engagement survey dedicated to the travel industry and is the only survey that asks its employees what’s important to them first and foremost, using values elicitation technology powered by Korero. The employees then rate their employer as to how their company performs in these areas, including an employee net promoter score.
Entrants will receive a comprehensive employee survey and insights formulated by Korero. The top 30 employers will be recognised at an Award Reception in London on 10 June. Last year’s winners were:
- Small Company – Panache Cruises
- Mid-Size Company – Easyjet Holidays
- Large Company – Jet2Holidays
In 2023, Best Workplace in Travel experienced a 50% increase in entries, with over 5000 employees completing the survey. For 2024, Best Workplace in Travel will also be inviting the inbound and expedition cruise sectors to participate.
