Little’s is currently seeking a Business Development Executive. The role will be instrumental in expanding their client base and strengthening relationships across key sectors. This role will focus on engaging corporate accounts, travel management companies, entertainment industry clients, and hotel partners to choose Little’s and chauffeur drive company of choice. The ideal candidate will excel at nurturing existing relationships and proactively seeking new business opportunities in these sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing opportunities with corporate, TMC, entertainment, and hotel clients.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in key cities like Glasgow and Edinburgh while also cross-selling UK-wide and international services.
- Represent Little’s at industry-specific events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand presence.
- Attending networking events.
- Making appointments with existing and new clients, including presentations and agency visits.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using the sales system.
- Respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries and follow up to convert leads into business.
- Creating and preparing proposals for new clients.
- Manage all sales-related activities, including organising events and familiarisation trips.
- Liaising with reservations and accounts departments regarding new contracts, rates, and special terms.
- Managing key relationships with industry partners.
Key skills & experience:
- Driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for the luxury market
- Experience in tourism or hospitality sales
- A confident, persuasive communicator
