Groups and Partnerships Administration Assistant, Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace is seeking a Group and Partnership Administration Assistant to join the Groups team to help drive their ambitious target of 800,000 visitors per year. The role is key to ensure the smooth running of the department and to help achieve visitor targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Groups Sales Executive to take group bookings via email and over the phone
  • Dealing with any queries from Group and Trade partners
  • Inputting booking data onto the relevant systems
  • Occasional attendance at trade shows
  • Working with the marketing team to produce the Groups newsletter an updates
  • Working with the onsite operations teams to ensure that all group have a first-class experience
  • Putting together end-of-month reports
  • Working with the onsite catering team on groups catering bookings
  • Working with third-party event partners, e.g. on Christmas group bookings
  • Occasional out of hours and event working
  • Occasional attendance at partnerships meetings
