As they continue to expand, Eurowelcome are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join their team in a newly created role of Groups & Product Executive.

The DMC is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and talented Groups & Product Executive to help support the growth of their ever-expanding inbound leisure business. Eurowelcome need someone looking to combine their love of travel and organisation to help drive sales of a new brand within a DMC over 50 years of success. This is a great role for an individual that is looking to get experience of the many and varied sectors of the inbound travel industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding quickly to enquiries for Group bookings in a positive and encouraging manner
  • Using a consultative sales approach to ensure success
  • Generating group quotations that cover all areas of the enquiry
  • Designing inspiring itineraries that aid booking conversion
  • Keeping up to date with Group booking terms across all suppliers in the UK
  • Checking the brand Sales mailbox on a regular basis and responding to enquiries
  • E-marketing delivering a regular newsletter to our stake holders (B2B/suppliers)
  • Helping to maintain our B2B database
  • Creation of rates templates for use in sales enquiries
  • Issuing images to our trade partners to allow for effective display of our products
  • Checking client websites and vouchers to ensure accurate reflection of the product and our USPs
  • Helping to implement sales campaigns as required
  • Developing new trade sales resources and training materials
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the objectives of the new brand are met
  • Periodically attending events outside of normal working hours as may be required
  • Acting as a brand ambassador with clients and suppliers at all times

Key skills & experience:

  • Well organised, with a planned approach and an ability to prioritiseFluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Education: University/higher education would be preferable
  • Product knowledge of the UK
  • Experience in itinerary creation would be an advantage
  • Exemplary customer service skills
