Visit West is the Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) for the West of England. It collaborates with local authorities and businesses across the region to develop, manage, and promote the regional visitor economy. Operating as a public-private partnership not-for-profit, Visit West offers a commercial membership scheme that gives businesses access to a unique range of benefits and services, helping them connect with a diverse consumer, trade, and business audience.
The DMO has an exciting opportunity to recruit a paid summer intern to join its Marketing team from June to September 2025. This varied role offers valuable experience in consumer destination marketing within one of the UK’s most successful Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) organisations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, PR, events, and campaign delivery, working across Visit West’s key consumer platforms – Visit Bath and Visit Bristol. The position involves daily use of the organisation’s CRM system and its content and product management systems. The successful candidate will also be able to contribute lived experience insights and collaborate with other teams across the organisation during the internship.
