Partnerships Manager, Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace is recruiting a Partnerships Manager to work with key partners, develop new relationships, and deliver incremental business growth through additional partner ticket sales and push through new partner initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Putting together new contract agreements for all partners
  • Working with partners to train them on ticketing schemes
  • Working closely with DMOs to ensure that Blenheim is front of mind for all promotions
  • Working with the Marketing Assistant to provide content for newsletters, advertising upcoming events, tours and fam trips
  • Representing Blenheim Palace at DMO networking events and any relevant partnership events
  • Working with travel, rail and bus companies to ensure partner ticketing scheme is maximised
  • Creating new packages for partners and working with them to drive higher spend pre head
  • Working with onsite catering team to deliver on partner requirements
  • Working closely with the operations team to develop special tours and VIP trips
  • Working with VisitEngland/VisitBritain to push ticket sales through their online shop
  • Developing an internal comms plan to communicate PR activity and working with the PR and marketing teams on special launches and events
  • Sourcing new and building upon existing partnership relations to increase awareness and drive return
  • Developing existing and new relationships with OTAs to ensure that tickets, content and contracts are up to date

  • Understanding of the market impacts on tourism and what Blenheim Palace needs to do to ensure it continues to grow its visitor numbers
