York’s Chocolate Story (part of Continuum Attractions) is seeking a retail manager to join its team.
You must be a natural leader who is ambitious, flexible, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. You must also enjoy working as part of a team. The role is varied, and you need to be a fast thinker and work well under pressure.
This role is responsible for the retail offer, F&B offer, and photo opportunity for the attraction, ensuring that brand standards are adhered to and an exceptional guest experience is delivered. It will offer the right candidate the opportunity to lead a team, have fun delivering exceptional guest experiences, and pursue successful commercial performance.
You will have previous management experience in a retail environment, a proven track record of delivering results, a sound understanding of financial procedures, effective leadership of people and experience managing budgets and stock.
