Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Cafe Sales & Marketing team while taking ownership of specific initiatives to drive sales. Hard Rock Cafe are looking for someone who wants to work in a fun, energetic and fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive Group Sales/Menu’s segment
- Assist with ongoing projects and support the Sales and Marketing Managers on execution of events / brand activations
- Actively engage in the Tour & Travel industry and proactively lead Tour Guide & Concierge Programme
- Partnering with Sales & Marketing Manager in the prospecting calls to Corporate accounts, convention/meeting organizers and previous bookings
- Assist in execution and attend buyouts, functions, and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote future business
- Attend / facilitate trade-shows and networking events
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Assistant, handling incoming enquiries via telephone and email, managing our reservation systems Open Table and Sales Force, and coordinating the full cycle of group bookings – from proposals through to payments
- The successful candidate will create function sheets, liaise with our operations and finance team, maintain sales databases and handle reporting
- Experience and understanding of digital platforms
Key skills & experience:
- Tour & Travel / Sales & Marketing Experience preferred
- Hospitality and CRM knowledge is a bonus
- Presentation of a professional image to guests, clients, and potential function coordinators
- Possession of a take charge attitude tempered with diplomacy
- Ability to work independently while ensuring that managers and/or clients possess the pertinent information for the execution of a successful event
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent reading and writing
- Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required
- Must have valid EU work permit to work in this location
