Tour Distribution Growth Manager – VoiceMap PTE

  • Location: Remote
  • Salary: £Competitive
  • Contract: Contract

VoiceMap is a platform for GPS-triggered audio tours: 2,000+ tours across 600+ destinations in 85+ countries. Their publishers range from voices like Stephen Fry and Ian McKellen, to media names like History Hit and the San Francisco Chronicle, to travel brands like Context Travel and Visit Dubai. They are a two-sided marketplace that connects travellers with tours made by independent local publishers, and they’re building the distribution to put those tours in front of millions more people.

This is an early-career role. The company is not looking for ten years of OTA experience, but someone sharp and enterprising who wants real ownership early, and who’ll grow as the distribution business grows

The successful candidate will grow VoiceMap’s revenue through its distribution channels by maximising the value of the inventory and partners already in place. This includes optimising which tours are listed on each platform, maintaining healthy integrations, and using data to identify the next commercial opportunity. The role combines channel optimisation, technical account management, and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise catalogue across channels: decide which tours to prioritise in which markets, based on data, ongoing analysis and regular testing
  • Manage integrations with Viator, Musement, Klook, Bokun and other platforms, keeping listings accurate, availability synced and performance climbing
  • Troubleshoot when something breaks, and work with developers to put it right
  • Maintain and grow existing partner relationships, making VoiceMap the easiest catalogue they work with
  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to identify and secure new distribution partnerships
  • Track and report on performance by channel, partner and market
  • Help shape partner API as they build it, telling developers what resellers actually need from the conversations you’re having with them
  • Identify and test new opportunities – a pricing change, refreshing tour content, a new market, a channel that is currently not being used – and measure whether they work

Key skills & experience:

  • Analytical ability – show us something you’ve pulled apart: a dataset, a project, coursework, anything that demonstrates you can work with numbers and draw a conclusion from them.
  • Some experience with e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital distribution – the model matters more than the industry.
  • Genuine interest in travel – time living or working abroad, a side project, or a cover letter that makes it obvious. This matters to us.
  • Self-direction – you’re comfortable setting your own priorities and working things out without hand-holding.
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English.
