Brighton & Hove Museums are currently seeking a Travel Trade & Groups Sales Manager.
As Travel Trade & Groups Sales Manager you will produce and implement sales activity to drive trade domestic and international sales to achieve or exceed budget, targeting Groups (travel trade), FIT (Flexible Independent Travel), MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition), Education & Specialist Interest Groups. The role will manage relationships with key account develop and manage relationships with travel trade partners, represent B&HM’s at key trade shows and work with tourism partners including Visit Britain, Visit England, Visit Brighton, Pan Sussex Partnership, UKinbound, ETOA and ALVA.
Key requirements:
- Significant experience in and knowledge of the tourism industry and travel trade in relation to visitor attractions.
- A results focused approached with the ability to prioritise initiatives based on the impact on the bottom line.
- A thorough understanding of marketing ticketing and client database systems,
