Up at The O2, an exhilarating outdoor climb over the world-famous roof of The O2, are currently seeking a Travel Trade Manager who will drive B2B market growth, meet budget targets and maintain partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing a year-round travel trade strategy.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Attractions and Marketing team.
  • Monitoring sales, targets and opportunities.
  • Developing and promoting education and concierge programs for shoulder-season revenue.
  • Managing third-party integration, streamlining digital experiences and enhaning booking processes.
  • Developing short and long-term strategies for new attractions.
  • Promoting on-site offerings, integrating them into UATO2 sales and promotions.

Key skills & experience:

  • Travel trade and leisure experience.
  • Familiarity with seasonal visitor variations.
  • Track record of successful strategy planning and execution.
  • Commercially astute with strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised and able to plan your own and others’ time effectively.
  • Great communication and numeracy skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
