Up at The O2, an exhilarating outdoor climb over the world-famous roof of The O2, are currently seeking a Travel Trade Manager who will drive B2B market growth, meet budget targets and maintain partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and executing a year-round travel trade strategy.
- Collaborating with the Head of Attractions and Marketing team.
- Monitoring sales, targets and opportunities.
- Developing and promoting education and concierge programs for shoulder-season revenue.
- Managing third-party integration, streamlining digital experiences and enhaning booking processes.
- Developing short and long-term strategies for new attractions.
- Promoting on-site offerings, integrating them into UATO2 sales and promotions.
Key skills & experience:
- Travel trade and leisure experience.
- Familiarity with seasonal visitor variations.
- Track record of successful strategy planning and execution.
- Commercially astute with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised and able to plan your own and others’ time effectively.
- Great communication and numeracy skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
