Kew Gardens are currently seeking a Travel Trade Sales & Marketing Manager.

This important role will lead groups and travel trade activity for RBG Kew, supporting ambitious growth in visitor numbers and income from this essential market. You will manage a range of client relationships, create and deliver a sales and marketing plan, support visitor operations, represent Kew at industry events and forums and raise awareness of the importance of this market internally.

This important role will lead groups and travel trade activity for RBG Kew, supporting ambitious growth in visitor numbers and income from this essential market. You will manage a range of client relationships, create and deliver a sales and marketing plan, support visitor operations, represent Kew at industry events and forums and raise awareness of the importance of this market internally.

You will own and develop the activity for Kew Gardens across client management, new business development, sales missions, exhibitions, events, partnerships, advertising and email. You will work with Visitor Operations teams to ensure the smooth running of group and travel trade visits and work with other internal teams to create new products to sell.

Bringing extensive experience of the groups and Travel Trade market at Manager level you will fully own this area of Kew Garden’s work and act as an organisation-wide advocate and expert regarding groups and travel trade.

Kew Gardens are looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who is pro-active in creating opportunities and finding solutions to drive sales through new and existing clients; an industry expert who can work equally as well independently as they can as part of a team.
